Spread Ubuntu is a community marketing site with the aim of providing resources and a place for discussion for people who want to promote Ubuntu to the general public. This promotion can be via links on websites to printed adverts and posters, to giving away CDs in your local community. If you have any ideas for how to promote Ubuntu or want to tell others what you've been up to you can discuss it on the forum.

If you live outside the UK, don't be put off by our web address. Ubuntu advocates from all over the world are welcome to contribute.

The creation of this site was inspired by the successful work done by the Spread Firefox project.
